Refunds

Your pre-order of S$14 secures Lifetime Founder Access to the Bit & Bark widget and app. You can ask for a full refund, no questions asked, at any time until the app ships. Email thomasvacher@gmail.com from the address you paid with; we refund to the original payment method within 7 days.

If we are unable to ship by 31 December 2026, we refund every pre-order in full, automatically.

Terms

Bit & Bark is run by Thomas Vacher and Paquito Hernandez, based in Singapore. A pre-order is a one-time payment of S$14 for lifetime access to the core step widget and companion app for iPhone and Android, expected to ship in December 2026. Founder access has no monthly subscription, and we will never charge you again for it.

Privacy

We collect your name and email when you join the list or respond to our offer, and your dog’s breed and weight when you pre-order. We use them only to count your dog’s steps and to update you about Bit & Bark and your order. We keep them in our database provider (Supabase) and our payment provider (Stripe). They stay with us and those two providers. We also count visits anonymously: a random number stored in your browser, the page, and where the visit came from — no cookies, nothing that identifies you. Email thomasvacher@gmail.com to see, change or delete your data, or to unsubscribe.
